• Full name — to identify your account
• Phone number — to forward and manage calls on your behalf
• Gas Safe registration number — to verify your engineer credentials
• Estimated missed calls per week — to tailor the service to your needs

When our AI answers calls on your behalf, we may also process caller information such as the caller's name, phone number, address, and job description.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

• Provide the RingTrade AI call-answering service
• Book jobs and send WhatsApp confirmations to you and your customers
• Communicate with you about the pilot programme
• Improve the quality and reliability of our service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with:

• WhatsApp / messaging providers — to deliver booking confirmations
• Cloud hosting providers — to securely store and process data
• Law enforcement — only if legally required to do so

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers within the United Kingdom. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
